Terms and policies
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Desaire, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website, workflow library, or builder.
If you use Desaire on behalf of a company, team, or client, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that party.
2. What Desaire provides
Desaire provides digital workflow products, prompt systems, templates, examples, and related materials for design and research work. Some plans may also include access to a workflow builder or future product updates.
Desaire may update, improve, replace, or remove parts of the offering at any time to maintain the product or improve the experience.
3. Accounts and access
Some parts of Desaire may require an account, login, or paid plan. You are responsible for keeping your access credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or completing a purchase.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid access, if offered, is billed on the pricing terms shown at checkout. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay the listed fees, taxes, and any applicable renewal charges until you cancel.
If a payment cannot be completed, Desaire may suspend or end access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.
5. Permitted use
You may use Desaire for your own internal work, team workflows, and client projects, provided your use complies with these terms and applicable law.
You may adapt outputs for your projects, but you may not resell Desaire itself, republish the workflow library as your own product, or provide access to the product to unauthorized users.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse Desaire, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected areas, bypass access controls, scrape or copy the library at scale, or use the product in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
You also agree not to upload or submit harmful code, malware, deceptive materials, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality obligations.
7. Intellectual property
Desaire and its original workflows, product copy, structure, branding, and related materials remain the property of Desaire or its licensors.
Except for the limited right to use the product under these terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
8. AI outputs and your responsibility
Desaire helps you generate working materials through prompts, systems, and templates, but you remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving any output before relying on it in business, product, legal, research, or client work.
You should independently check outputs for accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and fitness for your specific use case.
9. No warranties
Desaire is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Desaire disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
Desaire does not guarantee that outputs will always be accurate, complete, lawful for your use case, or suitable for every workflow or business context.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Desaire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
If Desaire is found liable for any claim, its total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to Desaire in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Suspension and termination
Desaire may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the product, or create risk for the service, users, or third parties.
You may stop using Desaire at any time. Sections that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.
12. Changes to these terms
Desaire may revise these Terms from time to time. When that happens, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of Desaire after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised version.

We may also collect basic technical and usage information needed to run the website, secure the service, understand product usage, and improve Desaire over time.
